Patrizio Grando, owner and founder of three companies for power electronic applications, holds a 40 years old history in manufacturing of radio frequency drying machinery with +1500 equipment sold worldwide in more than 50 countries.

A long history of 40 years, and this is how it begins...

1983-1985

He joined a small company as the sole Chief Engineer, where he had the opportunity to work on radio frequency applications built with Philips know-how technology and began designing RF equipment.

1985-1986

He joined EEI S.p.a. (Industrial Electronic Equipment), a leading company in the design of power electronics.

1986-1989

He joined ALEA S.p.a., a renowned manufacturer and global leader in machinery for textile dryers since 1881. He led the Radio Frequency department, developing new hybrid systems that combined RF and hot air, leveraging ALEA's extensive experience in air drying.

1989-2019

He embarked on a 30-year journey as the Founder and Owner of RF Systems S.r.l., a leading global company in Radio Frequency applications. With hundreds of pieces of equipment sold in over 50 countries, RF Systems became a major player in the market. In 2019, he sold the company to a hedge fund group of investors.

2023

Following the path of his previous ventures, he started FLUX, incorporating RF with new solid-state technologies, microwave, and infrared for the next generation of industrial applications.
